What's changed
Every release since the first build, in plain language.
1.0
Health, and a real 1.0
The biggest update Axis has had. A complete health system now sits alongside your work — training, food, sleep, bloodwork, and your body clock — and the two halves talk to each other. Everything else got a pass too: navigation, the assistant, the schedule, and a proper website.
- NewHealth. A full module covering training, nutrition, sleep, body composition, recovery, supplements, and blood panels — with a daily readiness score that scales your training when you're under-recovered.
- NewA circadian engine. Answer a short chronotype questionnaire and Axis places your deep-work window, strength window, caffeine cutoff, and wind-down against your real sleep timing and your local sunrise.
- NewTraining programs. Describe your goal, days, and equipment and Axis writes a periodized block — then tracks weekly volume against your landmarks, suggests the next load, and calls a deload when you need one.
- NewA live session runner with progression suggestions, a plate calculator, a rest timer, personal-record detection, and one-tap movement swaps around any injury you've logged.
- NewPhotograph a meal and Axis reads the macros off it. Works from the Nutrition page, the quick-actions sheet, or by dropping the photo into a chat with the assistant.
- NewBlood panel tracking with reference ranges, trends across draws, and a plain-language explanation of what moved — framed as questions for your doctor, never a diagnosis.
- NewA supplement and medication stack organised by circadian slot rather than clock time, with adherence tracking and a timing review.
- NewInjuries and illness mode. Flag a movement pattern and it disappears from your programming; turn on illness mode and your streaks pause instead of breaking.
- NewJet lag planner. Tell it where you're going and it builds a day-by-day light, meal, and sleep schedule to shift your clock before you land.
- NewA correlation engine that lines up your sleep and training against your focus hours and completed tasks, and tells you what actually moves your output.
- NewChangelog, privacy policy, terms, and a contact page, behind a proper site navigation.
- BetterThe assistant can now read and act on your health data — log meals, sleep, weight, workouts, and check-ins, look up your history, and run correlations. Its whole toolset roughly doubled.
- BetterOne model everywhere. The three-way model picker is gone; Axis runs on Gemini 3.6 Flash, and every prompt was rewritten for it.
- BetterThe weekly schedule is generated from measured data instead of a questionnaire — your actual sleep timing, your training program, and your current workload.
- BetterPhone navigation rebuilt: four core tabs plus a sheet that splits into every page and a set of one-tap actions. Notches and home indicators are handled properly now.
- BetterThe command palette does fuzzy matching, remembers what you ran recently, and can trigger actions without navigating first.
- BetterFar more settings: hide any module you don't use, pin the ones you do, pick your units and time format, choose a start page, and control every notification separately.
- BetterMotion is standardized across the app, and loading states are now shaped like the content they're replacing instead of a spinner.
- BetterNew hero artwork on the landing page, rendered at 4K and served at the right size for your screen.
